What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. That is:
- Your name, and the phone number or email address you enter on a form, so we can reply.
- Anything you write in a message to us, such as the service you are asking about.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, which is used to keep the site working and secure.
What we use it for
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, and keep a record of our dealings with you. We do not use it for anything you did not contact us about.
Text messages
If you give consent through a form on this site, Red Glove Cleaning Co. may send you text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time.
The types of message we send are:
- Replies to an enquiry you sent us, and the information you asked for.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups relating to a booking you made.
- Occasional offers and news, only if you opted in to marketing messages separately.
Frequency, rates, and how to stop
Message frequency varies and depends on the enquiry or booking you made. We do not send a fixed number of messages per week or month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, sets those charges.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP to any message for help, and we will reply with how to reach us.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you as a customer and does not affect any booking you already have.
Who we share opt-in information with
Opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. We do not sell it.
The only parties that handle it are the service providers who operate this website, our booking and messaging systems on our behalf, and they may use it only to deliver the service we asked them for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then we remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to messages at any time.
